With a highly specialized global team and a strong presence across Europe, we are looking for a Senior System Administrator (Windows / Networking / Virtualization) to work 100% on-site in Munich within a high-complexity international environment.
We are seeking a professional with strong operational expertise in Windows Server–based infrastructures, corporate networks, and virtualization platforms, who is also motivated to grow towards infrastructure design and architecture responsibilities in the mid-term.
You will be part of the client's core infrastructure operations team, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability across mission-critical systems, while progressively contributing to architectural discussions, documentation, and long-term platform evolution.
Work Setup
100% on-site position in Munich.
Two possible scenarios:
Living in Spain, traveling weekly.
Full relocation to Germany, with support available for the relocation process if needed.
Work alongside international and multidisciplinary teams.
Technical Expertise
A solid background in Windows Server and corporate infrastructure environments, including:
Windows Server & Core Services
+8 years of experience administering complex Windows Server environments .
Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS, DFS .
Experience managing multi-site, enterprise-grade AD infrastructures.
Networking
Professional-level knowledge of subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls .
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize network-related issues in corporate environments.
Virtualization & Platforms
Experience administering VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V .
Familiarity with storage concepts and virtualized datacenter operations.
Automation & Scripting
Solid knowledge of PowerShell for automation, scripting, and operational efficiency.
High Availability & Business Continuity
Understanding of HA/clustered systems , backup/restore processes , and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
Experience working in corporate or manufacturing environments, ideally with strict uptime requirements.
Growth Toward Architecture
Interest in evolving towards infrastructure design , documentation (HLD/LLD), and architectural best practices.
Languages
Fluent English (advanced level highly valued).
